When making your appointment!
We require a 50% deposit for all treatments longer than one hour, group bookings and all day spa packages.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out our consultation form, this allows for total relaxation in the treatment and ensures you will not loose any part of your service.
If you are running late we may not be able to perform the full service, however, we will have to charge the full fee. We will try to accommodate you as best we can, but please understand that we need to run on time to avoid inconveniencing our other appointments.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. If no notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to all day spa packages, group bookings and all treatments longer than 1 hour.
Our Policies!
All gift vouchers are valid for six months and our prepaid packages for one year from date of purchase. All pre-paid packages and vouchers are non-refundable.
A gift voucher number must be quoted at time of booking and must be presented in the form of payment for your treatment on the day of your service.
We require 24 hours notice if a treatment to be paid by gift voucher is to be cancelled or changed. Otherwise a 50% of the gift voucher value will be redeemed.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or product and will not be honoured if expired.
Your privacy and comfort is of utmost importance to us. Various beauty treatments require different levels of undress.
Ensure your jewellery is removed before your treatment and placed securely in your handbag. Stairway To Beauty takes every care but no responsibility for your valuables.
